masukkan keju ke dalam mangkuk kemudian masukkan pula daun ketumbar...

2=masukkan isi ketam dan lenyek semua bahan hingga sebati...

3=masukkan sos cili thai dan kacau lagi hingga sebati..

4a&4b=ambil sekeping kulit popia dan letakkan adunan di atasnya...Gulung perlahan-lahan dan lekatkan kuning telur agar isinya tidak terkeluar....

5=panaskan kuali dan goreng....angkat apabila bertukar kekuningan....

125 gm gula kastor
10 gm ovelette
4 butir telur
100 gm tepung kek
20 gm tepung jagung
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
40 gm air
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
60 gm minyak masak
250 gm mentega }untuk membuat
150 gm gula ising }krim mentega

CARA2 MEMBUAT


1.Gaulkan ovelette dan gula ke dalam mangkuk.masukkan telur dan diikuti dengan tepung...pukul hingga kembang dan gebu...

2.Masukkan air dan pukul sebati..masukkan pula minyak dan gal perlahan2..

3.Sapukan minyak pada dulang pembakar dan tuangkan adunan...bakar pada suhu sederhana selama 45 minit....Sejukkan...

4.Sapukan kek dengan krim mentega

5.untuk membuat krim mentega,pukul mentega dan gula aising hingga kembang.....hiaskan pada kek berkenaan mengikut citarasa....

SHARPED PIE

BAHAN2 A:

1.5 biji kentang-direbus

2.Garam & lada sulah secukup rase

BAHAN2 B

1. 200 gm pes tomato

2. 100 gm isi daging kambing

3. 1 ulas bawang merah

4. 2 ulas bawang putih

5. 2 helai daun bay

6. 1 sudu teh oregano

7. 2 sudu besar mentega

8. sedikit keju mozarela

9. garam & lada sulah secukup rasa


cara2 membuat

lenyek kentang dri bhn A hingga sbati...masukkan garam dn lada sulah secukup rasa dan asingkan seketika..

untk bahan B pula,panskan mentega dan tumis semua bahan B hingga sebati...Setelah mask,masukan bahan B dalam bahan A ke dalam acuan pai dan taburkan keju mozarela di atasnya..bakar selama 10-15 min dalam suhu 180'S hingga kekuningan...

PUDING JAGUNG ISTIMEWA

BAHAN2

1. 1 bungkus agar2

2. cawan gula

3. 1/2 tin susu cair

4. sedikit tepung jagung

5. sedikit pewarna kuning

6. sedikit air

CARA2 MEMASAK


1. Masak agar-agar hingga hancur.Masukkan gula dan semua bahan di atas.Biarkan hingga mendidih.

2. Kemudian angkat dan tuangkan ke dalam loyang dan sejukkan.

3. Sedia untuk dihidang.

HERSHEY'S "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:
* 2 cups sugar
* 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
* 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup milk
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 cup boiling water
* "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING(recipe follows)

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.

2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.

3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING. 10 to 12 servings.

VARIATIONS:
ONE-PAN CAKE: Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Heat oven to 350° F. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Frost.

THREE LAYER CAKE: Grease and flour three 8-inch round baking pans. Heat oven to 350°F. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost.

BUNDT CAKE: Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan. Heat oven to 350°F. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost.

CUPCAKES: Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups. Heat oven to 350°F. Fill cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake 22 to 25 minutes. Cool completely. Frost. About 30 cupcakes.


"PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small amount additional milk, if needed. Stir in vanilla. About 2 cups frosting.

Grande Caffe Latte



-2 (1 1/4-ounce) shots espresso
-hot 12 ounces milk
-steamed to 150 degrees

First, pour both espresso shots into the bottom of a cup. Add steamed milk until cup is 3/4 full, holding back the foam. Top off the drink with velvet foam from steamed milk.

Starbucks® Gingerbread Latte®



-Gingerbread Syrup
-2 cups water
-1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
-2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1/2 cup fresh espresso
-8 ounces milk, steamed (with a little foam)

Garnish
-whipped cream
-ground nutmeg

1. Make the gingerbread syrup by combining water, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla in a medium saucepan. Be sure the pan is not too small or the mixture could easily bubble over.

2. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer syrup, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Remove the syrup from the heat when it's done and slap a lid on it.

3. Make a double shot of espresso (1/2 cup), using an espresso machine. Use the machine to steam 8 ounces of milk, or heat up the milk in themicrowave if your machine does not foam and steam milk.

4. Make your latte by first adding 1/2 cup espresso to a 16-ounce cup. Add 1/4 cup gingerbread syrup, followed by the steamed milk. Stir.

5. Top off the drink with a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
